Understanding Organizing:
Globally, organizing is about space,
place and room.
Locally, it’s your immediate
environment.
Organizing is a process. It involves
de-cluttering and organizing; however, they are processes
that can be performed individually or together.
In the de-cluttering process, you are
removing whatever excess that has accumulated; thereby,
creating space. Place is where an article or item is
positioned or situated. Room is the physical environment.
A simple example would be walking into a den (room) and
clearing an area (space) on a table to put a lamp (place).
In the organizing process, you are
creating a place for something. In the home, it can create
ambiance, harmony, ease of being. In the office, it
promotes balance and efficiency.
Understanding You:
All our efforts begin by getting to
know our client and the environment in which we work. Our
plans are suited to their wants, needs and budgets. We
will provide a one-time consultation, or on going sessions
of de-cluttering and organizing.
We will gladly take and donate your
unwanted items to Goodwill, Salvation Army, Habitat for
Humanity, Shepherd’s Table, or other suitable charities,
at no cost to you. We can arrange to have "junk" removed,
or papers shredded, although those organizations will
charge for their services.
